A Conair Beard Trimmer - More Than a Few Choices

If you are seeking a beard and/or mustache trimmer, and you are thinking of a Conair beard trimmer, the best news is that you have choices. The company once known almost exclusively for its hair dryers now makes a large line of personal care products including no less than eighteen trimmer models suitable to just about any budget. Conair's five best-selling beard trimmers, in fact, range in price from $12.99 to $31.99.

The former offers quite a few accessories for such a low price, including but not limited to a five-position attachment comb and an ear-and-nose-trimming attachment, the only model among the company's five best-sellers to include the second of those options. This trimmer, Model GMT100RQCS, comes in flat black, runs on a pair of AA batteries and includes a mounting stand that can also hold all attachments and accessories including its cleaning brush. The latter of those two models, GMT235CSV, has a more stylish silver-and-black appearance and features a five-position pivoting head. It also includes wide-facial, trimming, and fine-detailing blades, two adjustable and three jawline combs, mustache comb, and rechargeable in cordless mode, plus lubricating oil and a cleaning brush.

Priced between those two is GMT170XCS. In black with silver trim, for $15.99 this trimmer includes a five-level adjustable comb, three jaw combs, mustache comb, a stand holding trimmer and attachments, and lubricating oil with cleaning brush. However, those men who prefer the sports look may want to have a look at Model HCT420CSV. In yellow with black trim, including a tire-like heel, this model features a 24-piece kit with two blades including regular hair cutting, nine attachment combs, three jaw combs, and a five-level attachment comb, plus mustache and styling combs, trimming scissors, barber cape, blade guard, and a storage pouch. It runs strictly on direct current, however, and prices a dollar below Model GMT235CSV.

The fifth of the company's best-sellers, Model GMT182XCSZ, prices at $26.99 and features three blade sets including fine detailing and wide-swath, two five-position combs, three jaw combs, and a hold-all accessory and trimmer mounting stand. This rechargeable model has received numerous positive reviews and, as company literature touts, a nomination from FHM magazine's 2006 Grooming Awards as the best of its kind.
